　　Order performance tracking: We will track the orders in the whole process. The business manager will coordinate the overall arrangement. The business assistant will track all links in the whole process. The PMC department in the factory will arrange the production process plans, and the workshop supervisors and relevant departments will cooperate to complete the order production and quality control. The internal ERP and MES systems are used for data collection and progress query.

　　After sales quality service: If there is any quality problem after the product is delivered to the customer, our quality maintenance manager will communicate with the customer, investigate the cause, provide the optimal solution, and form a quality customer complaint issue. We will hold a meeting in the factory to discuss the quality improvement plan, and make an 8D report to the customer for internal rectification, so as to ensure that similar problems do not happen again and improve the product quality.
